We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (PST) will be shipped out that day! (MON-FRI)

1-3 day express shipping orders must be available.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. *(Note: All Shipping addresses are verified through Postal service, If you are unsure of your shipping address,

EXPRESS Shipping – (1 day)

Express shipping is only applicable Monday – Thursday and orders placed BEFORE 9am PST. Any orders placed on Fridays, Weekends, Postal & Public Holidays will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Express shipping time is not guaranteed. Overnight shipping time not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas can take 2-3 business days for delivery. This option may not be available for some locations, next fastest shipping option will be selected.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even more for slow-to-ship countries see below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fee’s due to the geographical location.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Tracking Your Order:

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In this matter, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS:

In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, FASHION Hair does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. FASHION  hair offers priority service with signature confirmation for an additional $2 which can be purchased at checkout. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company for assistance.

SECURITY CONFIRMATION:

Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.

To protect our customers, credit card billing name and address MUST match exactly as the shipping name and address. If you need to ship to an alternate address, i.e. work, school etc, please contact your credit card company to have the information added to your account OR complete the credit card authorization form. All Air orders are subject to verification before the packages are shipped out. All Day Air orders are only shipped to the billing address unless approved by our billing department.

All product(s) are shipped out within 24-48 hours of order placement, if product(s) are not available due to back order or custom ordering usually approx 5-10 business days for process. For immediate shipment you will receive an email in regards to the expectancy due date of item availability.

International orders are shipped UPS Worldwide Express and are usually approx 5-10 business days for process from the order’s ship date. please note that sometimes Regular and international shipments may be delayed due to customs inspection, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

Keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We will not accept no liability for item delay, damage or lost unless you paid insurance. Please be aware we’re not responsible for item missing to PO box address and APO address.

Usually approx 17-22 business days for process from the order’s ship date.

AVAILABILITY

IN STOCK – The product is currently available, and normally ships within 2-3 business days. Due to high order volume in November and December, in-stock items normally ship within 7 business days. Please note, however, that we do ship products on Saturday, Sunday. No shipping on major US holidays.

OUT OF STOCK– The product is not immediately available, but is on order and will be shipped to you as soon as possible (which, in most cases should only be a few days, but in some cases, could be 5-10 business days after you place your order.) For out of stock items, you can request an e-mail when the item is back in stock.

Return Policy

There are no returns and refunds accepted.

NOTE: Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Exchanges which follow our policy are allowed. If you are unhappy with the color of your wig, do not take it out of the hair net.  By State California Law, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn or handled.

Exchange Policy

Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Please read the policy below in its entirety before sending any hair pieces back to us. Exchanges are not allowed on all items, units, hair sytem, accessories, clearance items, or items that have been price matched. Coupon codes and promotions do not apply to exchanged items.

Re-stocking fee of 20% of purchase amount (discount coupon codes excluded) will be charged. In addition, standard shipping charges for the exchanged piece to be mailed out to the customer will be charged.

 

Tracking Number

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail.

If the request is made after this time frame, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original ordered item. Change / Modify An Order

 Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted within 24 hours of order receipt. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

Accessories, Adhesives, Removers, & Hair Care Products

These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

 Order Cancellations

Although we stock different items, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. We do not allow return, Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 15% cancellation fee along with processing fee of $25.00.

If you decide to cancel an in stock order or Custom Order, can only be canceled within 5 hours after order has been submitted.
